GSA has welcomed the 2014 class of 30 Presidential Innovation Fellows selected from over one thousand applicants. It said these designers, developers, entrepreneurs will get to work collaborating and working with change agents inside government on three high-impact initiatives aimed at saving lives, saving taxpayer money, and fueling the economy.

The initiatives include building a 21st century veterans experience, unleashing the power of data resources to improve lives, and crowdsourcing to improve government, according to GSA.

It said the fellows would be supported by GSA’s 18F digital services program as well as the newly formed Digital Service agency and other agency innovators.
