GSA’s DigitalGov.gov will be hosting a webinar on November 5 from 11am – 12am designed to show you how to set up a pipeline between your agency’s datasets and Data.gov – the government’s clearing house.
GSA said participants (department and agency data managers, IT personnel, all agency staff, and open data advocates) would learn step-by-step how data is funneled onto Data.gov, learn about requirements for Data.gov, and find out about tools and resources to assist data stewards, IT personnel, and all agency staff. Also coming up is a three-hour, hands on usability testing workshop, to be held at the GSA central office in Washington DC.The event is to be hosted by GSA’s DigitalGov user experience program and will include practical instruction on how to facilitate usability tests – including a 15-minute run through with feedback on your agency website, mobile site or other product.
